The B.Tech in Engineering Physics covers semiconductor devices, photonics, nanotechnology, quantum technologies, optoelectronics, spintronics, space technology, and materials science. The programme will admit 25 students via JEE Main.

Students will find a strong emphasis on engineering coursework, hands-on lab training, modelling, and simulation.
