Major South Korean semiconductor materials, components, and equipment suppliers are gearing up to make a massive splash at SEMICON West 2026. This surge in participation highlights a strategic expansion within the United States microelectronics ecosystem.

Driven largely by massive investments in domestic US manufacturing facilities, South Korean firms are cementing their integral roles in the global supply chain. Events like this allow industry leaders to showcase critical hardware, software, and material solutions.

Advanced Manufacturing and Materials

Material suppliers such as ENF Technology and Dongjin Semichem are set to highlight cutting-edge products originating directly from their newly established Texas manufacturing bases. These regional expansions underline a broader industry trend toward localized semiconductor production and supply chain resilience.

Packaging and Component Innovations

Advanced packaging equipment makers, including Hanmi Semiconductor and Shindo Eng Lab, plan to exhibit thermal compression bonders alongside revolutionary Through Glass Ceramic Via technologies. These specialized tools are crucial for driving the next wave of high-performance computing and microelectronics integration.

Inspection and metrology innovators like Intekplus and Koh Young Technology will showcase state-of-the-art automated visual inspection and 3D measurement solutions. Meanwhile, test component providers such as ISC and LEENO Industrial are set to display specialized sockets, probe cards, and test pins designed for rigorous quality assurance.

Infrastructure and Specialized Hardware

Gas delivery component specialists including BMT, DK-Lok, and ASFlow will present high-purity valves, fittings, and robust stainless steel pipes. Precision engineering in these areas ensures contaminant-free environments inside fabrication plants, maintaining high production yields.

Specialized hardware manufacturers like BOBU Hi-Tech and Glint Materials are also scheduled to introduce advanced heaters, electrostatic chucks, and wafer-transfer pads. Organized by SEMI at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, the exhibition anticipates drawing over 35,000 attendees across more than 1,500 bustling booths.
