The upcoming manufacturing plant will be constructed in Pyeongtaek and boasts a gross floor area of roughly 200,000 square feet. This major infrastructure expansion is specifically intended to boost the production capacity of advanced ion implantation equipment.

The completed layout will house advanced Class 1,000 and Class 10,000 cleanrooms alongside a dedicated warehouse and training center. CEO Russell Low noted that these steps significantly reinforce the firm’s high-volume manufacturing infrastructure worldwide.
